So this is a Blog?

Hello Krudar and welcome to 2018.  We meant to start this blog in 2014 but we got caught up training, eating, and well....making some champs. See things just got to bad ass, we've had so many amazing people come in the doors we just never knew where to start. But just like our first Muay Thai class. Everyone starts somewhere. And so, here we go with our first blog post of hopefully many. Our goal here will be to showcase the insides of our gym and our "Kru-Munnity", to introduce the kick-a$$ instructors, fighters, staff, and students that make this place a home.  We hope you will follow us (if that is even still a thing) and enjoy reading along, getting to know us, and seeing our heart.
