FALL 2020 Classes help children find resilience, confidence, and support while learning healthy ways to manage stress and anxiety during covid-19
A warm welcome back to all our Krudar families! We have missed all of you, and hope that everyone has remained safe, healthy, and strong during these times. Your continuous support online and in the parks has kept us going. We thank you tremendously for always being in our corner. When you return to the gym, things may look and feel a bit different as we have adjusted to new social distancing and health safety measures. Please know we continue to be here for your children throughout this crisis ensuring they have a safe place to relieve stress and anxiety, and find their enduring resilience, confidence, community, and support.
Our Approach Through Covid-19
To prepare our youth for the changing times ahead, now more than ever, they will need skills of resilience, courage, discipline, team work, problem solving and leadership. The goal of our Krudar kids program is to equip our youth for the future. Through Muay Thai, kids will be challenged both mentally and physically, alongside a caring instructor who will teach them how to face adversity head on, show them coping mechanisms for uncertainty and anxiety, and give them opportunity to coordinate as a team and practice leadership skills all while adhering to social distancing and safety measures. Our classes will emphasize learning positive ways to relieve stress, while developing self-esteem, confidence, courage, and family. All of this will be done via teaching the values, beliefs, principals, and art of Muay Thai in a method that builds physical, spiritual, and mental strength.
Strict social distancing and cleaning measures are currently in place:
Small class sizes, max 10 students per class
Dedicated squares for each child with 6 ft social distancing
Outdoor pickup / drop off & screening
Hand sanitizer when entering
All gear in the dedicated training square (training/workout zone)
Sadly no parents will be allowed in the gym at this time
Change rooms are currently closed, children come ready for class
All sign-ups online for tracking purposes, cashless
