This years theme is: Krudar Strong. Believe in yourselves and what you can achieve, become strong in everything that you do.

Our foundation must be STRONG. We will hold a strong mentality, and strong morals. We will recognize thet we are strong and continue to work hard to remain strong.

Life is full of challenges. Together we will respond with strength, instead of weakness.

At Krudar, we will discover what we are made of. And step up to challenge ourselves to a new level. We will believe in ourselves, each other, and Muay Thai.
