PRE-CHAMP

Our PRE-CHAMP program introduces children ages 4-6 to the art of Muay Thai. Children will learn the Muay Thai stance, walks, basic movements, and certain cultural / spiritual aspects of Muay Thai practice (greeting, counting to 10, names of movements). Our goal is to build self-esteem, confidence, and focus in our pre-champs that will lay the foundation for further Muay Thai practice.

Our CHAMPS program has been voted Best Martial Arts for Kids in Toronto! Classes for this age group follow a 5-level curriculum designed to develop Muay Thai skills, strength, confidence, and focus. Each class comprises a unique set of Muay Thai techniques, including pad work, bag work, and partner work. Youth develop their knowledge of the mental, cultural, and spiritual components of Muay Thai. Our goal is to establish a lifelong foundation upon which children may always draw inner strength and focus — at home, at school, and in the gym.

MUAY THAI for KIDS

Our award winning youth program teaches the art of Muay Thai while honing important life skills such as wellbeing, self-confidence, focus, teamwork, respect, leadership, and discipline. Our holistic approach will support your child in various aspects of their lives including their physical health, mental well being, and spiritual awareness. The lessons learned in Muay Thai extend far beyond the studio empowering children to find thier fullest potential at school, at home, and in their communities. Our program helps kids establish life long healthy habits, and helps them develop the courage to take on new challenges with the right mindset. They will have fun, make lasting friendships, and walk out with a champion state of mind.

Uniform & Equipment
For new students, a beginners package is needed which includes: Muay Thai Shorts, Krudar T-Shirt, and Bag Gloves. This package can be purchased at the front desk for $130+Tax

*All "make up" classes must be redeemed before the end of the semester. Please speak with front desk to schedule. Available if space allows.

Our goal is to establish a life long foundation upon which children may always draw inner strength and focus - at home, at school, and in the gym.

CHAMPS (REP)
TEAM

We have a strong competitive (rep) team that trains for and attends tournaments throughout the year. In order to participate in these classes students must be level 2+ and try out to participate in the rep level team. Team training programs require a minimum commitment of 3x per week + rotating weekends. Students must pass an evaluation to have a spot on the team.
