anywhere from beginner to advanced competitive levels.

Class Descriptions
Beginners - Level 1:
Requirements: Absolute beginner, no requirements
Fee: Included with membership
Time: 1hr 30 mins
Introduction to Muay Thai. Teaches the foundations of Thai Boxing and
introduces the stance / walk and 4 weapons (punch, kick, knee, elbow).
First 45 mins is dedicated to getting the body toned and strong (skipping,
jacks, push-ups, sit-ups, cardio exercises). Second 45 mins is dedicated
to learning the art, and developing the basic foundations of Muay Thai.
Optional:
Running is one of the best exercises you can do to enhance your cardio
and kick start your fitness routine. Running is an important part of Muay
Thai as it strengthens your legs and stamina, giving you raw power. Group
runs occur 30 mins before every class (3k, 5k, 10k options). Attendance
is recommended but optional.
What you will need:
Shorts & t-shirt, hand wraps, skipping rope, bag gloves, water, running
shoes (optional). All items are also available for purchase in gym.

Beginners - Level 2:
Requirements: Pass beginners test
Fee: Included with membership
Time: 1hr 30 mins
Class specifically designed for students who have already learned the
foundations of Muay Thai and are looking to enhance their skill level.
Students in this class must have already passed the beginners test level
1 and have earned yellow shorts grade. Teaches refined Muay Thai technique
and development of power and strength while using weapons. Begins to introduce
combinations. Group runs are highly recommended at this level.
What to bring:
Yellow shorts, hand wraps, skipping rope, bag gloves, water, running shoes
(optional). All items are also available for purchase in gym.

Mixed Class:
Requirements: None
Fee: Included with Membership
Time: 1hr 30 mins
Variety class that is open to all levels. Depending on attendance, differing
workouts and drills will be taught. First 45 mins is dedicated to getting
the body toned and strong (skipping, jacks, push-ups, sit-ups, cardio
exercises). Second 45 mins is dedicated to learning the art. Techniques
and skills taught will vary based on attendance. Best suited for those
who are in the sport solely to maintain fitness.
What you will need:
Shorts & t-shirt, hand wraps, skipping rope, bag gloves, water, running
shoes (optional). All items are also available for purchase in gym.

Intermediate - Level 3:
Requirements: Pass Blue Shorts Test
Fee: Included with membership
Time: 1hr 30 mins
Advanced Muay Thai class focusing on power and Muay Thai combinations.
Teaches intermediate / fighting techniques to be used in the ring. Students
must have “blue shorts” accreditation, and minimum 6 months
experience. At this level group runs are mandatory.
What you will need:
16 oz gloves, shin pads, blue shorts, hand wraps, skipping rope, bag gloves,
water, running shoes (optional). All items are also available for purchase
in gym.

One to One personal training teaches you exactly what you want to learn
at your pace and skill level. Best suited for those who are looking for
fast results and custom training. All fitness levels welcome. Can also
be arranged as a group training session with 2 – 5 people.

Group / 1-1 SMASH Sessions:
Requirements: None
Fee:$25 / 5 Rounds
Time: 5 Rounds
This is the ultimate "pad work" session that will allow you
to unleash your power (and stress) while you Smash the pads.
You will be trained like fighters for 5 rounds (if you last). Sign up
and fee required.
What you will need:
Shorts & t-shirt, hand wraps, bag gloves, water. All items are also
available for purchase in gym.
