Thai boxing is an extreme sport that focuses on the
mind, body, and spirit.
Krudar specializes in authentic Thai Boxing instruction
anywhere from beginner to advanced competitive levels. The gym offers
a unique environment that continually motivates its memebrs to challenge
themselves, building a strong sense of personal accomplishment at any
level.

Class Schedule
Class Descriptions
Beginners Class:
Focuses on the basic foundations of Muay Thai. Introduces the 4 weapons
of Muay Thai (punch, kick, elbow, knee). Best suited for first time students,
all fitness levels welcome.
Mixed Class:
Combination class, open to all levels, beginners welcome. Class focuses
on more advanced Muay Thai technique and pad drills. Best suited for students
with 1 month experience and who are physically active.
Intermediate Class:
Advanced Muay Thai class focusing on power and Muay Thai combinations.
Teaches intermediate / fighting techniques to be used in the ring. Students
must have “blue shorts” accreditation, and minimum 3 months
experience. **Equipment is required for this class (shin pads & 16
oz gloves).
Technique Class:
Learn to perfect your favorite Muay Thai moves in our technique focused
class. Practice your stance, kicks, elbows, punch, knees, and combinations.
The class is best suited for those with 3 months experience. Shin pads
& 16 oz gloves are required for this new class and can be purchased
from the gym.
Krudar Challenge:
This new class is full of surprises that will challenge you to the best
of your abilities. Full of energy and excitement, it is sure to leave
you feeling pumped again! With drills and exercises custom designed by
Kru (you never know what to expect)!! Best suited for brave beginners,
and intermediates. Bring your running Gear just in case. Are you ready?
Intermediate / Fighter Class
Intermediates and fighters, get ready for this
intense class of fighting technique, training, and strategy. Train with
Pete (Super Middle Weight Champion) and learn the ins and outs of the
ring, what its like to be a fighter, and how to step up your game.
Private Training:
One on one training with a highly specialized Muay Thai instructor. Best
suited for those who are looking for fast results and custom training.
Learn faster, on your own schedule, and your convenience. All fitness
levels welcome. Can also be arranged as a group training session with
2 – 5 people.
Kids Class:
Held once per week, the kids class is open to children ages 6-12 and teaches
very basic Muay Thai exercises - stance, kicks, punches, and children’s
technique.
Women’s Class:
We are happy to start up our all-women's class again! This class is made
especially for women and is taught by Ontario Muay Thai Female Champion
– Lucy O’Neill. This group workout is a FUN, dynamic fitness
routine which combines elements of cardio, strength training, and Muay
Thai into one energized class. No experience needed. Women only.
Sunday Class with Poo Choi Ronaldo:
Stemming from the Traditional Muay Thai class, this high energy class
combines Muay Thai drills and circuit training. Growing in popularity,
this class is sure to prepare you well for your first beginners test.
*Additional fee required.
Pad Work Sessions:
One-on-one, 5 rounds, 15 minute pad work session with a Krudar trainer.
A chance to practice your technique, relieve stress, or just have fun
hitting the pads. All levels welcome. Sessions can be booked any time,
before or after regular classes, must sign up in advance.
