What you will need for Kettlebell :

  1. Towel– please bring your own towel to class, you’ll probably need it!
  2. Clothing– comfortable, breathable, easy to move in athletic wear is recommended – be prepared to sweat!! Shorts are recommended, however yoga style pants are also great as long as they are not too loose at the bottom.
  3. Shoes– As you will be using weights you must wear indoor running shoes/trainers.
  4. Water – trust us you’ll want to bring a water bottle!
